THE EROTIC POETRY OF A SENSUAL WOMAN

An Anonymous Guest Poet

TRYING

I sit in my tub, wet,
sweating like a sauna.
I have jets...
I use them,
and they feel good.
I think of you.
I try
but do not succeed.

I shut off my jets,
slowly drain the tub.
sit in it 'til
the water is gone.
I too feel empty,
I feel like crying,
but just feel frustrated.
I look at the possibility
of the impossible

...maybe someday.

WORLD OF FANTASY

He loves her....and I love him,
we both readily agree.
All very clearly understood,
at least, I thought, by me.
We've built our lives,
we're settled...
to each, their different world.

Separated by time and space,
no need to ever fear.
Though distance traveled in our minds
is one that brings us near.
We've shared so many secrets,
gone into the unknown,

our little world of fantasy
has opened up and grown!
I no longer recognize
the person that I was . . .
a better woman now I see,
and that would be because
of what you mean to me.

Where will this go?
What will this be?
No answers come to me.
I only know you bring me smiles,
and possibility.

MISSING YOU

I know you're gone, it may be days.
But reality beckons in so many ways!
Holding you close within my heart,
in all my fantasies, you play a part.
Just go, my friend, enjoy your days.
I'll be thinking of you in so many ways!

FROM THE START

How can I say thank you
For what you mean to me . . .
A small green shoot in springtime,
A fully blooming tree.

Like rain upon the desert,
a dry and thirsty land,
You came to me so sweetly
And seemed to understand.

You reached past the impossible
and slowly took my hand
You led me to a different place
that's beautiful and grand.

You've opened up the door for me
to secrets yet unknown.
A deeper passion beckons
that I can call my own.

I waken now with feelings
Long buried under Life.
You've reached to me in places
not touched when one's called "wife".

How do I tell you, Oh my love,
Of what you've come to mean
Of hope, and joy and beauty
Of pleasures yet unseen?

Life has placed us far apart
In distance, space, and time.
I'll never get to claim you:
You never will be mine.

I wish somehow we'd met
a long, long time ago
when shackles didn't hold us
and history didn't know.

A chance, a meeting,
Our lives now intertwine
I wish for us, my darling
a day to call you mine.

But in my heart you're present
You'll always be a part
Of everything that's beautiful
I've known it from the start!

THE STIRRING OF PASSION

If Life would offer you a chance
to once again feel sweet romance - Would you take it?
A second chance to know the thrill
of lover's secret dreams - Would you break it?

To know the newness once again
Of love, long dormant now - Would you live it?
To feel again the stirring of passion deep within - Would you give it?

The flame that flickers, once a fire
Needs rekindled by love's desire.
Give it fuel and let it grow
For that's the only way you'll know

If Love comes knocking at your door
Let Her in, lest she knock no more!

I WILL WAIT

It's really quite a fragile thing,
this "thing" twixt me and you.
"We will not last," you said to me,
like this would have to do.
My mind can get the picture;
of course, you are quite right.
But that can't calm the thoughts
of you that come each night.

Nor can it soothe my breathing . . .
erratic and obscene
When to my mind you visit,
with nothing in between.
It doesn't slow my beating heart
that dances in my chest
or changes that mere thoughts of you
bring out in me my best.

You leave me wet, my Darling,
I'm hungering for more.
It's really quite a lonely thing
to know that's not in store!
To never feel the softness
of skin that touches skin,
or never consummate the love
that's burning deep within!

I long to take you in me,
to go down nice and slow.
The union of our spirits
is one we ought to know!
The rhythm of the ages,
that joins the two in one
And leaves a longing just for more
when one would think they're done.

You may be right . . .
of course, you are.
It isn't meant to be.
But as for me, I think
that I will wait and see!

Thank you for your contribution. Your words sing and your talent exceeds the "beginner" label you have given yourself.

My heart blooms with all your praise! If I were a garden, spring would be early this year!
